Dream Arcades® Support Form

Please fill out this form to obtain support for any arcade: purchased over 1 year ago, purchased as part of a charity auction, or purchased by a third party. If your arcade is less than 1 year old you can fill out this form and/or e-mail: support@dreamarcades.com.

Please do not call the sales line unless you have had your arcade for less than three days or are having delivery issues, as our sales staff is not trained to handle support questions.

Holiday Support Process:
Please note, that during the Holiday season, support for out of warranty arcades may take longer than normal. However, we will still assist all customers in the order that we receive their request.
This does not affect support of new and in warranty arcades.

Priority is given to in-warranty support requests. However, currently, free support is available for all Dream Arcades®, as well as those purchased by a 3rd party, regardless of age. Free phone support is available for arcades still in-warranty, and with an issue that can't be resolved via e-mail support.
